Chopstick is the alpha for the Caedo Hoop (aka dogbowl). 

20g Drip grind. 

40g bloom poured in outer ring. Agitate w/ chopstick. 

Rest 40 sec. 

Pour to 315g in outer ring. 

At the 2min mark, break crust and stir slurry. 

Be patient. This thing takes forever to drip thru, but it doesn’t overextract. Enjoy

I have not tried any stirring or agitation. I pour all the water at once it seems to make a good whirlpool effect.  I’d be curious to do side-by-side in a blind tasting.

I don’t mind the brew time I can go back to preparing food, and I come back to a perfect cup at a very drinkable temp.

Really love how clean my extractions taste and how easy it is to clean.
