Chopstick is the alpha for the Caedo Hoop (aka dogbowl). 20g Drip grind. 40g bloom poured in outer ring. Agitate w/ chopstick. Rest 40 sec. Pour to 315g in outer ring. At the 2min mark, break crust and stir slurry. Be patient. This thing takes forever to drip thru, but it doesn’t overextract. Enjoy
