I’ve had pizza twice since arriving in LA from NYC. Both times, the pizza came with a 3 slot side tray with an herb, some cheese, and something spicy. Is this the norm in LA? Or is it just a Venice beach norm? Even when having fancy pizza in NYC, I’ve never had the three garnish trivet(?) experience.

Pizzeria Bianco is the best of LA. I've never seen this three sauce thing. Kind of eye rolly.
