It’s definitely raise questions because you start wondering if people simply didn’t notice or they did notice but it’s not as brilliant as you thought it could be … 
Just launched NexArt yesterday and hope it will be used but it’s already started to be in the back of my mind …

True … though this was hinting at the fact that tech founders often forget (or even ignore) to observe distribution/marketing side of things - believing it will somehow solve itself out 🙄 and it won’t ✌️

Yeah, life just happens...but consistent observation and research could give you the answer why that happened I believe.
