1. stop fighting each other and rally the entire ecosystem 

2. Show the world — one creator at a time — that farcaster helps creators earn $$$

3. Have thousands and thousands of transactional apps inside FC and WC

Totally agree - although I think we have very little fighting here and it's very occasinal. 

As for FC - I believe new wave of AI-bots (like Aether) could seriously help with personalised onboarding and helping new people find cozy corners for them.
