PEOPLE WANT EVALUATION; They want to know they're creating value and improving. But evaluation must be anchored to what they can actually influence, not wishful thinking.

That's deep... But so true... I know many "leaders" who try to motivate by providing impossible fantasies that eventually lead to disappointment.
