A few days ago, my mom made Tachin with chicken for me, and it got me reflecting on how much I value the time and effort she puts into cooking such delicious meals. She willingly gives up her own free time to ensure the rest of the family can go about their day peacefully and comfortably. To me, this selflessness is incredibly meaningful and deeply appreciated.

🤩 hmm, it sounds yummy ... shredding the chicken sounds like an interesting idea. Never tried, and don't have a shredder, but can check with neighbours 😄
