(Thu) The major reason I like to push for launching early is that it makes everyone work harder and prioritize faster. 

When you're working on something that isn't released, problems are intriguing, you can debate theoretical options and have fun with research. 

The moment your product is out there, problems are 🚨 . There is a lot more urgency and focus once you release.
