Still surprising, but I've talked to several web3 projects recently, and they've got it all mixed up. Some are even thinking about outsourcing big parts of their distribution activities 😢 That always makes me sad. It is such a mistake for the future of any project. I think it is OK to outsource tactical things which are purely executional, but yeah, distribution isn't one of them (that's more strategic, IMO) 🍖x80 100 $Aba 65👏
