Inflammation is not a root cause. Stopping the inflammation is stopping the healing process. This is why heat is better on injuries than ice, because it is supporting the bodies symptoms instead of fighting them! Inflammation grows muscles! That’s why you do cold exposure before you workout!

We need more of this rather then treating the symptoms like fix how we do things like what we eat, how we move, and what we consume
