Last week's phone screen time. If this wasn't going to be sustainable, I would have expected to realize that in the first week or two. Let's see if any issues arise in the next two weeks (first month). So far the biggest hassles have been with Spotify and Apple Podcasts on Apple Watch. Trying to find improvements.
