How long is your resume? 2 pages but only if you must. Stick to 1 page if you can

That's awesome! I need to do this.

I've been told my reasons for not getting a job are... My resume is too long, I'd be mored etc (it's built for executive level)

I should tone it down I guess... 

I feel like I do well in interviews. Sometimes it's more than just the resume and interviews, I have to remind myself of that.
