more (spam) anticipation than annoyances...

before permissionless signups:

- a round of "must have ENS" to join -- that's more $ friction than most spammers would go through 
- enable users to control who can reply to their casts
- enable users to control who can cast to a channel
- enable devs to access blocks lists

Love this. We're experimenting with "ENS only" group chat at Console. Would love to partner with Warpcast and others to share our research — maybe create a cross-app working group to use ENS to prevent spam. DM me if you'd like to collab.
