Feature request: hosts being able to add moderation settings to channels that apply to ALL casts not just parent casts. For example, there is a user that is "banned" from posting in /bounties but they continue to reply within casts posted to that channel

should be able to choose whether to allow replies from anyone or apply same settings as channel mod
