If non players have my definition right. I think half of the rewards I've received so far should be locked so that I can receive rewards in the future. They stick to the high score, they demand reaction, they sell it all to the market. If you get a million Moxie rewards, If 10,000moxie is the only thing that's locked. They have to buy 490,000moxie from the market and lock it.
