if I sell my fan tokens, am I still forced to follow the same 180 day vesting schedule?

I’ve been up all night reading the docs and you barely mention that key piece @betashop.eth @alexcomeau

Vesting schedule continues at the same unlock rate. However you can withdraw any surplus above the amount you must vest.

Surplus: 

If you take 180 moxie that are vesting 1/180 per day and you buy fan tokens with them and you get back 280 moxie when you sell them, then you now have 100 moxie surplus that is free from vesting.

can you explain what you mean by surplus?

also was the point of this to be so intentionally confusing that nobody realized what’s happening?

this is the most complex thing I’ve literally ever seen maybe ever in crypto

Where to withdraw that surplus? In balance or in reward?

On what schedule are fan cards rewards distributed, weekly, monthly ?

According to this logic I should be able to get my surplus but it's still unvested
