👏👏👏 I have a great variation for salmon - make it pretty much every week white miso paste mirin can also brown sugar; I substitute fig jam or honey minced ginger soy sauce sesame oil marinate only a couple hours; not overnight like the cod Sprinkle togarashi on top and broil for 8-10 minutes high heat Then put in a bowl of hot rice from the rice cooker with rice wine vinegar in it, and it will keep cooking a bit. I garnish it with sesame seeds and pickled cucumbers that I make with seseme oil, vinegar and togarashi
