idea: a Moxie like protocol with hyper progressive rewards distribution with the goal of discovering and retaining new accounts

as an account gets more established and grows it becomes less eligible for rewards until eventually it’s totally ineligible

couple thoughts:

1. someone can actually do that with Moxie if they want to!  The Moxie Protocol (15% of token supply) everyday rewards pool is open for any farcaster common goods usage -- anything that helps grow Farcaster is fair game to get an allocation to distribute. Anyone can apply to the Moxie DAO! 

2. We're going to be evaluating the current everyday rewards after 30 days and will listen to suggested tweaks. We are already considering proposals to give up and comers a boost!

There are 2 ways it can be done, and we'll review both in earnest:

1. a proposal to issue additional rewards according to a specific formula or concept (so augments the current)

2. a proposal to tweak the existing one

On #2 it would be best received as a real concrete proposal than just a high level "i wish there was a way to."

Ideally on #2 someone would take say 100 sample casts and present an alternative scoring and how/why

how would 1 work? one would put a proposal to change the algorithm?

Actually money printing for influencers, and small account only their ink. Same as twitter, facebook, and web 2 social media, not decentralized at all, pure business.
