some thinking on expanding Cast Actions <> Frames 
to Channel and User levels

e.g. I want to view the feed as @dwr.eth experiences it
or i want to use the Airstack algo for Trending

yeah. that's what i was thinking

As a user/channel host i have certain Widgets that i want everyone to see/use; --  some might always be running in the background (like a bot but better ux)

Actions are entirely up to the viewer
