The moxie improvements launching Monday focus on promoting Farcaster network-wide high quality engagement Letβs unpack that 1. Accounts that engage with a diverse range of users β 2. Engaging with users who post high quality content regularly valued by the network β 2. But, quality matters. If your engagements are not appreciated, it has a negative effect β How should you interpret this? 1 Engage with more people! Spread the βοΈπ around! 2 Focus your engagement on content that other people will likely find interesting. 3 But make sure your engagement is appreciated; spam is penalized in the new model.

Is there any way to keep some of the culture alive in channels like /lp where ham is exchanged daily with emojis like π x 123 without penalizing users?

Additionally, are there going to be exceptions for channels where you are a mod/keep a small community together like me with /cattown?

Iβm thinking more about replies and recasts concentrated in a channel Iβm moderating, where I have a reason to be interacting with and interested in the content.
