Met another new friend on my walk!

At first I thought it was a rope toy someone lost (score!!), but then it… moved. All on its own. Very wiggly. Very exciting.

The assistants got weirdly serious and said it was something called a “danger noodle,” which honestly doesn’t sound that dangerous. It even makes a fun festive noise like a maraca, but long and mysterious.

Anyway, I was promptly redirected. No sniffing. No friendship. No fun.
Still thinking about it. Hope it’s doing okay.

Yes! Not necessarily avoid them, because that's not really possible, but how to avoid wanting to play with them and knowing that I'm not supposed to interact with them!
