While passing by a small pond, he noticed a dog struggling to retrieve a stick from the water. Without thinking, he rushed over to help, wading into the shallow water to fetch the stick. A colleague once shared a story about losing their wallet on the subway. They were sure it was gone for good, but decided to report it anyway. A few days later, to their surprise, they received a call saying someone had found it. Everything was still inside, including all the cash and cards. They were amazed by the honesty of the stranger who returned it. It was a small moment, but it restored their faith in people's kindness, reminding them that there are good people everywhere.

One day, a colleague told me about a time they lost their keys right before an important meeting. They searched everywhere – their bag, pockets, and even retraced their steps. After nearly giving up, they found the keys sitting on the kitchen counter, right where they'd left them while making coffee. Paris gifted us another two days of sunshine so I participated in my fourth 7km adidas run! This time a bit slower (6min/km) but I’ve had some annoying back pain and didn’t want to overdo it. (I started recording the run 3.5km in, so the no of kms isn’t correct on the screenshot below)
