I’ll spend more time with it, but at first glance, it’s 1) too navel-gazey for my liking, and 2) narrow/particular as opposed to universal (particularly in the ‘responsibility’ & ‘impact’ sections). 

This reads as someone’s personal archetype rather than a professional standard.

Do good for others , it will come back in unexpected ways .💞💞
