I met @bryanjohnson on an island & ATE like him for 5 Days 👇 Here are my results: • Weight: 64.5 → 63.7 kg • Skeletal Muscle Mass: 30.3 → 31.0 kg • Percentage Body Fat: 16.7 → 13.8% • Visceral Fat Area: 42.7 → 33.5 cm² • Arm Muscle Avg: 2.895 → 3.02 kg • Leg Muscle Avg: 8.145 → 8.405 kg ☘️ Context: • Joined @ns & ate BJs Blueprint Meals for 5 days • Daily NS Burn Workout • Resistance Training • I’m an Ectomorph (Gold medal at losing weight & being skinny) 🔍 My Findings: • Food tastes good. Yummy with olive oil. Can get boring. • My 💩 became a snake. Became hard & firm. • Having non blueprint food instantly upset my stomach 🤯 • Feeling more sore • 1 hour after a Blueprint meal • More concentration + felt good Bryan said: “after eating blueprint, your body treats everything else like it’s toxic” I felt this big time. 👆 *PS some inaccuracies due to 1st test taken not fasted, but 2nd test taken fasted

The Network School - Day 4 So it’s Day 4 and I’m blown away by the calibre of people I meet. One big question asked again and again was how did balaji & the team choose who came and who didn’t? There’s multiple different theories. One thing is, it seems to be working so far. My observation is we all get along well, theres many common points of interests, align on a few general themes. Everyone is weird & erratic - in a very good way. There’s some quieter introverts. Then many louder extroverts. Everyone’s contributing in one way or another and eager to learn, discuss, debate. Just at breakfast, I sat down next to 3 others whom I’ve only just met, and the conversation deep dives into talks on indoctrination in the west, values & cultures, genetics & epigenetic, Nerualink, Energy & vibrations, Quantum, Psychedelic trips, schizophrenia, blockchain & decentralisation of information, social media, gut-feeling/intuition, personalities. Yes I’m back posting my recaps, so much is happening
