hit my goal of 3 workouts this week even with ETH Denver 😎 calisthenics session - 3 rounds of squats, pushups, glute bridges, superman holds, reverse lunges, shoulder taps, lateral leg raises, seated leg raises also thanks @poymeetsworld for my new gym shirt, it’s perfect ✨
