here's the process to claim if you need it:

1) unwrap on proxyswap.tips
2) bridge on degen.tips
3) wait 7 days
4) go back to degen.tips and 'claim' on the 'bridge' page

too many barriers if you ask me but that's what we've got now 🤷‍♀️
