Some of you have been on FC for a little while, and others have joined recently.

What's your experience of FC right now vs the ethfinance sub? There still seems to be a handful of people that are very dubious of FC

FC is more shitposting and having fun, while ethfinance has that + thoughtful content. I'm learning much less here vs ethfinance (and even vs X). the character limitation of casts is certainly one factor..

Is there a limit? Is that done via client or on the protocol level? If there was Reddit like client I hope character limits won’t be an issue?

Flink does have a "long cast" option. It turns longer casts into pictures and posts it. So slightly over the limit it works great. Long form, it doesn't really work that great.

good question, I think supercast also has the same limit, so might be a protocol thing but not sure
