So from all the investor convos I have had.. none of them are using AI to answer emails or prep. You would think we would integrate more of these systems into a workflow to do deals, but really it's just people and collaborating through Telegram/Zoom.

The more teams overanalyze, the more inefficient the outcome..

Thoughts on why VCs are slow to integrate AI into the workflow?

Seems like most investment firms spend all day optimizing other people’s businesses but the business of the firm itself is a neglected mess 

But also who among us has SO MUCH quality deal flow that we need automation… would be a nice problem to have

they are overloaded with potential deal flow and their whole model incentivizes a limited # of deals, so why rush to improve efficiency 🤷‍♂️

Because it wouldn’t make a material difference

1. Because the job is to be extremely personal.

2. Because the data, even a simple email reply is extremely Private.
