I'm cooking my family a mediterranean-inspired dinner tomorrow for Mother's day. Here's the current plan (first menu is abstract & given before dinner, second menu is the actual dishes) They're a tough crowd to please. Will report back on how it turns out

My family really only drinks white wine, so I opened a 2020 Cakebread Cellars Chardonnay Reserve, then a Mer Soleil Chardonnay afterwards
