Need some tips on confrontation anxiety. I've been dreading a difficult talk I might have soon, and the anxiety just made me procrastinate all evening 🙄 There have to be ways to work with it, right? I usually fight anxiety by finding a solution to the problem, but this time I don't see a problem to solve.

That's tough. Meditation is good. Learing to accept and acknowledge discomfort rather than fight it, also helps.
