The technology enables tribalism Anyone can create a collective aligned around a common goal/values then raise and deploy money to effectuate those goals/values

Yes. Collectives don't by nature don't necessitate competition though. .For example, I'm part of numerous IRL 'collectives' (though not defined as such) based on the different elements of who I am (digital health investing world, web3 social world(s), college friends, church, family, etc) without conflict.
