When AI is prevalent, the creation of content gets commoditized and trends towards zero effort. There need to be rails for provenance, ownership of IP, and funding. Original and/or high quality content becomes more valuable.

don't think 'original' is the most useful term new forms of production just means new types of media, new patterns of consumption taste, style, convention, genre, form all continue to matter

we got to watching videos at 2x speed pre-AI how much more can we cram in to existing interfaces before our appetites and modes of delivery demand something else? probably a lot, but doesn't feel as far off as it did a year ago
