I’ve been looking at Real Estate deals in Africa and the possibility there for returns are crazy. Also a very select question for things in US. Waiting for economy to drop more.

BTC. The desirability (and value) of real estate can shift so much with changes in demographics and zoning laws. imho I prefer mathematical scarcity.
