Definitely the lowest lift. Good if you want to just set it and forget it. Probably the optimal route unless you’re intellectually interested in real estate markets.

if they're the way to go lol. yeah like it would be cool to get a place upstate but also then i'd have to go there and work on it and whatnot idk
