I agree, it's hard. 

I expect it to get real legs first with the consumer behavior change side, and second / parallel with government program reimbursement.

It's the thinnest touchpoint between patients and blockchain, and doesn't create any friction with existing healthcare stakeholders.

Agree, been saying this for 10+ years.  I literally coined this phrase in 2012 "Patient engagement is the blockbuster drug of the century." We came to web3 to build verifiable patient-owned data.

How are you finding the process of putting patient data on chain?

We moved away from patient data, for now, and created more of general purpose publishing network. Most happens off chain with just like merkle root of content state on chain.
