So true. 

I expect web3 will end up more decentralized but still not the full ideal state vision. 

We're still several iterations / decades away from that IMHO.

Inherent due to human nature, competitiveness and capitalism. 

But it will be a significant improvement over the current state, and it will take years before it starts really feeling captured by specific individuals/groups. 

I'm a bullish historian of disruptive innovation.

The question is, can we prevent the same mistakes or are they inherent due to larger systems they belong to?
