Hey everyone! Ready to up your climbing game? Today, let’s talk about mastering the perfect knot for climbing safety. Start with the figure-eight knot: Take the rope end, create a loop, and pass the rope through it. Remember to leave a tail for extra security. Now, thread your harness and retrace the knot with the remaining rope. Tighten everything up to ensure it’s secure. Practice makes perfect, so keep at it until it feels natural.
