exactly, that’s the point for me. the ai itself atm can’t provide insight about me. but it can provide the conditions for you yourself to do so. i discover things as i write to it, often ignoring their prompts or directing their questions to areas i find valuable. by putting it in writing, i turn inwards. same as writing in my notes app or an empty paper journal. this is a complete misuse of their original purpose, so imo it’s all about finding a way to make it work for you. though in fairness, tame is the only one that’s great at this. i found dot unbearable after further use, and perplexity and gpt are useless in this regard.
