i really do think the problem of “how do we get creators paid” won’t have a tech, but a behavioural solution

the expectation is that anything made by anyone is now free

bringing the media onchain and then charging for it won’t solve the problem alone

it really is about aligning incentives around paying for things again, where both the creator and consumer feels like they’re getting a good deal (coins are quite close to this)

crucially, this deal needs to have a fixed, and guaranteed value exchange, otherwise it ends up as a form of donation from consumers

this is not a smart contract engineering problem – it’s a social engineering one
