Met a bunch of people at ETH Denver who have farcaster accounts and want to start becoming active but don’t know where to start, which channel to cast to, and they don’t want to appear spammy or get scolded for going against a norm. 

I tried to encourage everyone to cast and reply without overthinking too much.

best possible advice imo. I was in this exact situation, but now I just cast what I think without overanalyzing it and it has become super easy.
