Is been a month that I stopped gym because of my lower back pain and recently started it again slowly working upper body and core. But I have felt so guilty all this time and afraid I will loose my muscles and body. Has anyone experienced smth similar and how did you overcome the fear?

I’ve been keeping out of the gym for only one week because of back pain and I already feel the guilt! Whatever you do, no matter how short the session, better to work out a bit just to keep the habit built in.
