Frustrating as it is to help seniors use digital tech, I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be to be 75+ and suddenly have all your familiar simple tech be replaced by weird fiddle squiggles and icons on a fussy screen interface

It must be really hard. Especially when they need help and want to understand a little bit of it, and some young people get mad about it. This makes me very sad 🥺 I taught my grandmother to use telegram (it was difficult, but together we managed) I often send her some photos, videos, or sometimes even books, she is so happy
