both of my grand parents are deaf and they are the most fulfilled people i ever knew. never complained, respected at work (my grand father was an aircraft engineer and 100-meter running ussr record holder) it may sound strange, but observing them led me to the feeling under my skin that limitation is what actually gives us a true freedom.

That is very healthy and to be honest is great for your body. I remember when I tried the chia pudding in Network School from @bryanjohnson, I would add some manuka honey on top and I remember Bryan said in the talk don't chase the small dopamine, felt very attacked there haha :D

Adam sorry to say this but that doesn't look so tasty food haha ๐Ÿ˜… ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ . Maybe add some fruits or yoghurt on the side. I like pecans, just recently I discovered it that I really like it especially with maple syrup on top is just oh la la.

When Pizza Spoke Japanese - My First Newsletter of 2025 I really enjoyed writing this piece about how Japanese pizzaioli are crafting some of the world's best pizzas. In the article, I delve into the reasons behind their success and how they make it happen. It also made me think back to my time working in the food and media industry in Tokyo. I managed events and projects and got to work with Michelin three-star chefs. I still remember tasting amazing dishes and being inspired by how much care and effort goes into cooking. That experience made me appreciate food in a whole new way, and itโ€™s why I love sharing stories like this with you!

Second this Hakuba is amazing, Nozawa Onsen town is also pretty good. Beginning of March is better because of snow quantity.
