When Pizza Spoke Japanese - My First Newsletter of 2025 I really enjoyed writing this piece about how Japanese pizzaioli are crafting some of the world's best pizzas. In the article, I delve into the reasons behind their success and how they make it happen. It also made me think back to my time working in the food and media industry in Tokyo. I managed events and projects and got to work with Michelin three-star chefs. I still remember tasting amazing dishes and being inspired by how much care and effort goes into cooking. That experience made me appreciate food in a whole new way, and it’s why I love sharing stories like this with you!
