imagine a farcaster client that encourages healthy scrolling and chatting with friends. it offers a meditation break if you scroll for more than 10 minutes or reminds you to connect with someone new each week. we need more thoughtful social clients that encourage healthy use at the front, not as an afterthought.

Although I donโt delete the app, Sundays are the day that I stay away from my phone in general. That day is for cleaning, picnics, cooking nice food, naps, gym and cuddling. Once a week a phone detox is very needed!
