It's sooo much easier to point for the need to a change in other ppl and circumstance than to point towards oneself. Why do you think it's like that?

Nobody likes to be criticized and blame themselves. Takes time and wisdom but also putting yourself in others shoes helps to understand things better

If we see ourselves as a 'process of evolution' more than a fixed unit, it might be easier to want to improve.
