When I think of Japan, dishes like ramen, udon, and soba noodles often come to mind, but I've also been curious about pasta. I delved into the history of how pasta made its way to Japan and its evolution into the unique Japanese-style pasta, Wafu. 

This fusion cuisine incorporates flavors such as butter + soy sauce, seaweed(nori), and mentaiko mayonnaise, offering a twist on traditional Italian pasta.
