Since starting my podcast, I've been on a journey filled with plenty of rejections and, sometimes, just being ignored—haha. Surprisingly, it doesn't bother me at all! 

One of the harder parts has been figuring out how to actually contact people. Many have multiple accounts across different platforms, but most of them don’t seem very functional or active. Anyone experiencing this?

Thanks Kate, same here. Since I graduated when I was young the road has been full of rejection. The key part is to keep going no matter, if you start to believe them, it will mess with your mental health and confidence. It did before to me. Now I don’t get so shocked or strong emotions, so it doesn’t impact .

i am rejected all my life, even i do have a good career :) i’ve noticed this long time ago — more times it happens, more results i get at the end

Someone was telling me on depends how much you want smth, more you want it, hurts more. I kind of disagree because I don’t have  strong feelings for my guests. I write to them, follow up two three times and let it be. My point is to chat, some of them behave like they are the most important people, some have very high fees which I can’t afford haha.

100% I’d be honest I still get butthurt sometimes 😂. I have a premeeting with them, formulate an outline after research and then ghosted.
