The question is not formulated well imo. Is not a matter of healthy as more as necessity. Human needs water to survive. In terms of quantity it depends. In cases where you intake is higher than kidney can process then it can be fatal. And if you give to 1 month old again fatal, so depends.

Question is formulated extremely well and there are no 1 month olds on replies. Question measures engage/avoid ratio in a situation where engage should be 100%.
