If you live with expectations all the time, my friend you're missing out. Life’s beauty is in the moments we live, the slaps we get, the higher moments and so on. People will do both good and bad to you, but you’ll learn from it all. Frustration doesn’t come from expectations, but from not having the courage to face your true self.
